From a girl labeled “too sensitive” with no self-esteem, hiding behind humour and self-doubt, to the confident leader I am today – helping other coaches and consultants step into their full power, embrace their wisdom, and show up unapologetically for the impact they’re meant to make.
Growing up, I was labelled “too sensitive” – because I feel everything deeply. I was a girl with no self-esteem, no courage, no confidence to back my own convictions. I was afraid to set boundaries, afraid to let my light shine. I hid my insecurities behind a veil of humour and quick wit, always staying in the shadow of others, letting them take the limelight.
My thoughts were consumed by fear – “What if I’m wrong?” “What if no one likes what I’ve created?”
Those questions played on repeat in my mind, keeping me small.
But eventually, I started breaking the cycle.
I didn’t do it alone, though. I was fortunate enough to have people who believed in me, who supported me, and who gently held me accountable, showing me what was possible.
They helped me find my voice, helped me articulate my ideas, and taught me how to stand up for myself – even when imposter syndrome and perfectionism tried to hold me back.
As I found my footing, I became able to claim my experiences and wisdom, unapologetically owning my journey. I set up and ran two successful businesses, all without relying on paid ads, huge email lists, or complicated funnels – but through the power of connection, high service, and damn good messaging.
With almost 20 years in small business development, I’ve learned the art of making businesses work – building genuine relationships, leveraging audience-led marketing, and selling with heart.
My favourite work? Helping driven, heart-led coaches and course creators claim their power, presence, and position. We show up intentionally as leaders, unapologetically embodying and sharing our wisdom and lived experiences. Every moment we show up is an act of service, radiating the impact we’re meant to create, for the highest good of all.
My clients have raised their prices, smashed monthly income targets, created and sold out new offers – and have fallen in love with the process of building a business that aligns with their purpose and vision.
I do what I do because I never want to see another woman held back by a lack of confidence in her incredible abilities. I chose this path for myself, and I’m here to help you choose it for yourself, too.
